 At Doors4Hope, we make it easy for housing programs and city agencies in both Philadelphia and Baltimore to access the rental unit properties they need. Our team is dedicated to coordinating with you to show your person(s) the available units and follow your streamlined process for application and leasing requirements. We work hand in hand with professional management companies who are vetted and gladly accept housing subsidy and workforce housing applicants.  We offer appointments Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, which can be scheduled with our team and the housing/program partners coordinator or yourself. Additionally, we accept appointments made by program participants if we are notified by the program coordinators or agencies in advance.

Many of our properties have also been recently renovated to ensure a comfortable living experience. Additionally, our properties come with lead-based test certificates and a certificate of occupancy, and are furnished with a stove and refrigerator for your convenience.
